Why are bus schedules so incomprehensible?! Why is there no list of all the stops? Why is there an EIGHTEEN-MINUTE GAP between the listed stops?? I am taking the bus because I am not currently able to drive for various cognitive reasons, I don't need additional cognitive stress trying to interpret the bus schedule!!

I just want to be able to get to more places than the library and CVS on my own.

As someone who relies on buses for 99% of her travels, they are LITERALLY THE WORST re: intelligibility. Particularly when you’re not accustomed to the routes. It’s like the people designing these actively want to discourage anyone from using public transit ever.

Exactly! It just feels so insidiously designed to keep us from...everything.

I did find an app that seems to actually lost all the stops *and* let you plan routes within the app, so you don't have to cross-reference with google maps, at least.
